If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several types of merchandise are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gift Cards<\/li><li>Downloadable Software Products<\/li><li>Selected health and personal care products<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Book with obvious signs of use<\/li><li>CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.<\/li><li>Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.<\/li><li>Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery: Refund (if applicable)<br\/>Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.<br\/>If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)<br\/>If you haven&#8217;t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.<br\/>Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<br\/>Next, contact your bank. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.<br\/>To return your product, please send it to: 51 rue de Seine, Paris, IDF, 75006, France.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
