David Scetbon is a lawyer. While studying law at the Sorbonne, he spent many years attending classes at the Paris Students’ Yeshiva, particularly those taught by Rabbi Zyzek. Today, he divides his time between his professional work and Torah study. He regularly publishes articles for websites and journals of Jewish studies. His favorite topics are, on the one hand, Halakha and, on the other, the thought of the great Hasidic masters, particularly Rabbi Tzadok Hacohen of Lublin.
He contributes to *Akadem* and the *Études juives* website
